    This HOA has an agent that we use, Charlotte has said that when this subdivision was first drawn up, the folks who'd made it created it as if it were in town & had the surveyed small lots staked out. When they were informed that the lot size would need to be 5 acres, they had the new lot sizes surveyed and staked, but the old survey stakes were left, so it's confusing for folks to go to look at their properties b/c there's an extra set of stakes.
