Some of our property may have services (i.e. sewer, water, power, etc.) and some of our property may be completely raw (i.e. no sewer, water, power, etc.). Great question! Most of the land investments you’ll find on our site are ones that you’ll never find on the MLS. The MLS is the “Multiple Listing Service” which is where real estate agents list properties for sale at market value. Since we are the owners on title we perform extensive research prior to purchasing the property to qualify that the land is a worth while investment for our customers.

In-House Closing: If the total property payment has not been transferred within 7 business days of making the non-refundable security deposit the contract will become null and void unless otherwise discussed in writing.
Title Company: Time is of the essence. Deed and possession will be delivered to Buyer on the designated date from the title company. Closing through title takes on average 15-30 days.
Yes, since our area specific photographers have already visited the properties they are familiar with the best routes and offer guided trips. This rate varies depending on each property. The amount will be deducted from the sales amount of the property if you, the buyer, ends up making the purchase for the all-cash asking price.
We work with investors who buy in many different ways. Majority of our sales are quick cash sales. However, if you are able to get approved with a financial institute we would be happy to work with you. Land buyers have had great success utilizing www.prosper.com for funding their land purchases.
