This 0.44 acre lot is ready for you to plan your dream home! Just a 16 minute drive to Wabasso Beach and 24 minutes to Vero Beach!
Ever wonder where the hip crowd from Miami, landlocked beach lovers from Orlando, or tony travelers from
Palm Beach go to getaway? Their top pick, eco-chic, Vero Beach. Wondering why? The beaches are uncrowded and windswept; scattered with seashells, shorebirds, and scenic, unobstructed views. Beach-
goers here are more likely to encounter a loggerhead sea turtle hatchling, a ghost crab or watch as brown pelicans dive for their dinner. This quaint, friendly seaside town resides at the intersection of green and glamorous. Posh resorts, simple and sophisticated eateries, and one-of-a-kind boutique shops are just steps away from the ocean inspiring travelers to sip, shop, and stroll.
Vero Beach is different from other Florida coastal towns. On the barrier island you won’t see towering high-rise hotels, t-shirt shops, neon signs or chain restaurants. What you can expect when your beach chair hits the sand – plenty of Florida sunshine without the crowds. Beyond the beaches, the area is rich in eco-excursions and top-tier cultural attractions while offering a relaxed, small-town vibe that is quintessentially Vero Beach, Florida.
Downtown Vero has experienced a rebirth of restaurants, shops and art galleries and if fast becoming one of the hottest spots in town. Visitors can enjoy monthly gallery strolls, street festivals, green and vintage markets.

SURROUNDING AREA:
Natchez:
Founded in 1716, the little town of Natchez in southwestern Mississippi was once the most important port on the Mississippi River in the heyday of the cotton trade. As a result, the town has many beautiful and historically significant antebellum-era mansions and estates, which bear witness to the wealth of the upper classes in those days. Visit Longwood House, one of the largest octagonal houses in the US, or Stanton Hall, one of the most lavish antebellum mansions in the US. Other fine antebellum homes in Natchez to consider visiting include Magnolia Hall (1858), the Towers of Natchez (1798), and Lansdowne Plantation (1853).
Homochitto National Forest:
Comprising over 191,839 acres, Homochitto is nature’s finest with recreation galore: hiking, camping, swimming, fishing, horseback riding and more. The Clear Springs Recreational Area consists of a man-made lake, campground, picnic grounds, swim area, and two hiking trails. The longer of the two trails in the Recreation Area, Clear Springs Trail, is developing a reputation as one of the top three mountain-bike trails in Mississippi. Most campsites are secluded and either overlook the lake or are within an easy walk of the lake.
Red Bluff, the Grand Canyon of Mississippi:
Located near Foxworth and standing at approximately 400 feet above sea level, Red Bluff consists of exposed red clay, soil, sand, and other sediments. The geologic formation has been created by the natural erosion of the nearby Pearl River. And unlike its famous counterpart, Red Bluff is constantly getting bigger due to erosion.

Located just two and a half hours from New Orleans. The 1700 acre Percy Quin State Park, which includes a 490 acre lake and a championship golf course, provides a colorful natural backdrop for a variety of outdoor activities.
